General Building vs General Engineering (CA)
what's the difference and which one would be better suited to overseeing a totally new building from groundbreaking through to occupancy?
and which type best suited to addressing one major theme (ie, the artchitecture of relocating an entire house across town and hooking it all back up again to utilities footing etc)?
