Anyone have any feedback on a metal roof? Looking at property built In 1941, not sure if roof is original?? Very ugly green color. Can you paint metal roof? Is it worth changing it?
A couple of things worth noting about metal roofs... they can be noisy when there's precipitation (some folks love it, others, not so much) and snow birds are often required.
