I am looking for information on lifting a small house (550 sq ft) to repair a foundation and possible add additional crawl space.  The house is a total gut and rehab. exterior seem to be in okay shape and has good roof.  Just trying to figure out if this will be too much of an expense.  Thanks in advance for advise and suggestions

Knock it down and rebuild for something that small

Not only will costs be close to equivalent but you will have a new construction house versus a house which was repaired with a bad foundation. If you were a buyer and had the option to choose one of those for same price who would not choose new construction
