Calling all Philadelphia Contractors
Hey BiggerPockets community! I have a lead in the Philadelphia County that is FSBO. I have arrangements to meet with the Sole Owner and wanted to see if there was a contractor in the Philadelphia region who may have some interest on a potential quick flip on a well kept, but slightly outdated home, being sold by a motivated seller to step away from the "Landlord" title and move on from this home. I am going to be visiting the property this week and would love to give you the opportunity to visit with me if you are interested.
