Pinellas County (Palm Harbor) contractor referral?

Just did a walk through of a potential investment property, and now I am estimating cost of repairs. I am looking for an honest contractor in the Pinellas County, Palm Harbor area to do another walk through the house with me, give me his estimate of repair costs, and potentially hire that person. Does anyone have any referrals for honest contractors they have worked with in the past?

I have walked trough a few properties with different contractors and they are all different and different on price. I decided to hire all the contractors myself and not use a GC. I Harv found some amazing guys that do awesome work and I have found those few that I will never use again. Have you thought about doing all your own repair cost estimates. I was pretty close on my last one. Only 3k off a 45k rehab. Not to bad.  I'm in Clearwater and can help you out depending on what contractors you need
