Need Referral: Take down covered deck
Looking for Joliet (IL) area rehabbers and fix-and-flippers ...
Need a referral to someone you've done business with who did a good job for you and you were pleased with the results.
I need to have a covered deck taken off the back of my house. It seems to be preventing buyers submitting offers for some reason.
It will be necessary to demo the structure, restore the vinyl siding and replace the gutter on the back of the house.
