Buying in Dallas - Looking to Network quickly!

We have purchased 5 properties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area in the last 45 days and are looking to expand our network in the area. These are all for long-term buy & hold. We plan to purchase between 35 and 50 properties there this year and need consistent contacts.

If you have great recommendations for contractors, licensed subs, bird dogs, reo agents for listings and offers, etc... please let us know. We will sub out property management for the next few months and then start our won there when we have the right team. Looking forward to any suggestions or recommendations you have.
