Taking a trip to Cleveland to invest!

My wife and I are coming to Cleveland, specifically to meet with contractors to hire in the near future. We are coming to establish win-win relationships. If you do renovations, and have an experienced team, we want to meet with you. Just a brief meeting of lunch, or coffee is all. No need for a 2 hour window.

We would love to meet you. And we are serious. We are spending a lot on the flight! Message me. We arrive September 24th and will be there for about a week.

We will be learning the area, and meeting Professionals.

Please do yourselves a favor and let whoever you meet with know that you are ready to “rock” AND are preapproved with a lender. First time I flew out there I wasn’t preapproved yet and when they found this out they were less than enthusiastic to work with me. Next time I flew out there I was preapproved and it worked out a lot better.

P.S. Don’t buy the first thing you ate shown. When they found out I was a “California Investor” they initially were trying to show me SFRs going for $175K that had a gross rent of $925/mo and I was being told this is phenomenal compared to California.😉
