Asana Real Estate templates

Curious if anyone out there has figured out an effective way to share project templates in Asana.  I'd feel like this could be a great collaborative thing with investors to share their best practices, I'm working on developing them for the following project types and would love to collaborate if anyone has created their own Asana templates. 


-Rehab Management/Project Management
-Property Management (leasing, handling repair requests)
-Generating off marketing leads (wholesaling)
