Hi there.......

I was just wondering......Does your contractor provide you with a work warranty after he/she has completed a rehab? I am getting ready to make a final payment to my contractor, but I wanted to make sure that he is going to guarantee his work after he is gone.

    That would have been something to address before starting the work. The answer to this will vary greatly by contractor, work done, state laws, etc.
