I am not a "Jacksonville pro" but there are a few threads with references on the topic under a "jacksonville, fl contractors" open BP search. Some of the posts are dated but I thought they may be helpful.

I number of people seem to recommend the Yellowbird Connect Facebook group as a resource. A name that keeps coming up across the threads is Mark Fries.

@Javaras Thomas I am just learning the market. I am interested in single-family that needs renovations that would be all in under 100k, but I am wondering if these neighborhoods will be "war zones", so I like to see what budgets people are operating under. (currently investing in PA but have family near Jacksonville and believe FL will continue to grow)
