@Joseph Fenner our site is responsive so any tool or part of the site you are using on your computer should look and work just as well on your mobile device. That being said I know we have a lot of people championing for the return of an even better app, but no set timeframe for something like that yet.

I have been trying to make sure I catch up on all the old threads and look like I missed this one. The mobile app for iOS is live again as of December 2024. Feel free to download it here. I use the app. Still works. Using it now.

I'm not sure how old the app is, but it ported to my new phone without any issues.

I am confident that developing an app would be one of the greatest investments that BiggerPockets could make. Because it will increase the amount of customers you get because you’re expanding to other platforms and which more people are at. This will also increase your profit. Additionally apps are more accessible and faster because some people’s phones take too long to load web pages and they get impatient. Apps are also better because you can get push notifications instead of checking your email every 5 minutes and apps just look better. Investors would expect a company like yours to have an app because so many forums have web and mobile apps. You guys are missing out on money.

I think BiggerPockets should develop this ASAP.

@Joseph Fenner I use the old App. It somehow updated to my new iPhone. It’s great for showing hundreds of forum posts which my phone doesn’t do such a good job of showing as many posts through the website.

You would think with the money this site makes they could create one.
