@Colin Murphy thank you so much for the great feedback we really appreciate it. We have items on the roadmap to help with the customized inputs and sharing so glad to hear we are going down the right path with those features coming soon. 

@Caleb Brown we currently have https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-listings?property_... where you can post pocket listings, but have it on the roadmap to make something even better than this soon. So keep an eye out. 

San Diego should be live here very soon, just finalizing some approvals with the MLS as we speak

@Greg M. we have a much smaller cohort of Android users in the BiggerPockets community. We wanted to start with the larger group, and make sure things are functional and scalable on that operating system before rolling out Android. Rest assured that making sure we have an app for those users as well is on our roadmap.

Hi! Tiamo from the product team here. We have a lot of exciting things planned to add to the iOS mobile app this year and I would love to hear from users. What is working, what is missing and if you had a magic wand what are you dying to see added in the app to make your on the go real estate information more helpful. Feel free to share ideas here or if you are open to a Zoom call would love to schedule that.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We conducted several user interviews and surveys and a lot of users said that they were more interested in being able to communicate with other folks in messages and in the forums for advice. Some of the calculators are just more robust and from feedback sounded like it would be easier to navigate through a desktop version. With that being said I do think there are some great potential calculators that might be better while on your phone on the go. Would love to hear your favorite calculators that you would like to see on the app this year.
