you know in the three dots if you click "report abuse" - we are notified. mods are not paid, we assist with monitoring the site but we do not read every post or every comment. If people wish to reduce the AI and other spam on the site, make sure to mark it as such.

Bo's gone. Ask me how I know :). Yes, we depend on members reporting posts just because of the sheer volume. Yes, we are still here we're just buried in the mix 🤣

As Chris said, report the posts, a mod will review it, and then likely remove it.  It takes a village.

@Richard F. - I mean, at least there are still mods here.

The entire C-suite is gone for BP from the "about us" page - anyone else notice this?  All the admins are gone.  No CEO, CFO, COO.  Who's running the company?

I remembered the new CEO started one thread a long time ago - then vanished from the boards.  Did he vanish altogether???

Just read through that thread, wow. He needs removed, the spam AI garbage from him is ridiculous

I have rarely seen any comments or posts removed either for spamming or now AI. Many BP people report multiple users guilty of these infractions and I don't see them removed.

Interestingly I had a comment removed a few years ago because I typed a few sentences about a certain market when someone asked about real estate meet ups. My response was bit off topic, fair enough, but I find it strange that they keep allowing spam and AI. I don't know if the person gets warnings - I didn't get a warning before my comment was removed.

It's looking more and more like BP is either overwhelmed/understaffed to handle moderation or simply doesn't care.

According to "news" outlets TCG (The Chernin Group) owns a majority interest in BP.
