Hey guys - 

Thanks again to everyone who was able to join us for our 10 year anniversary celebration tonight in Denver.  The party was great and I'm extremely appreciative of all your support (as I am of the support of all our users, regardless of whether they could come).

    @Meg Sparling there is a monthly meet-up in Denver. @Anson Young organizes it. You can search for it. If you setup a key word alert for "Denver" you will get an email notifying you that someone posted about Denver. It is usually the 3rd Monday I believe. The holiday's mess with it a bit sometimes.

    @Darren Sager - yes on the national conference.  We are discussing it on another thread, and I am lobbying Lima Ohio heavily.  Just think - we got fresh air, farms, organic food - yam.  @Brandon Turner - tell 'em!

    Congrats, BiggerPockets! I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad I found you when I did. @Joshua D. has anyone ever said you look like the guy from Maroon 5 that judges on The Voice? Just wondering.

    That was a GREAT party. @Joshua D.   you guys know how to throw a bash. My wife really wishes I would shut up about it. 

    Thanks for the food and book "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down." I'm defiantly giving it a 5 star review on Amazon. Special props to Brandon for writing it.
