Use Caution When Adding Colleagues

BiggerPockets was built for professionals and others in real estate to network, learn, and do business together.

By adding colleagues, you grant those people access to your email address and other private information. By adding a colleague, you do so at your own discretion.

That said, if you do invite someone to be your colleague and they send you SPAM or ANY OTHER UNWANTED SOLICITATION, please let us know. It is against our TOS, and we will ban those users immediately!

BiggerPockets does not condone this behavior and wants to be sure that you are not pestered by anyone actively doing this.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
