Hey Guys -
After promising this thing to you guys for about a year now, we're finally ready to make it happen . . . tomorrow we're launching our Wholesaling Calculator!
This thing is going to help you evaluate possible wholesale deals to determine what you need to get your deals under contact for. It will easily help you determine your maximum allowable offer (MAO) based on a variety of circumstances.
