I am being told I'm "not authorized" to post to a topic under "General, Site Discussion & Announcements" as soon as I click the Reply to Post button. It says at the bottom right hand corner that I should be able to post and reply to posts. I don't see any restrictions noted for needing a certain amount of posts, etc.
