I have a Reference that is stuck...

Hi @Account Closed.  I was giving another member a reference.  I submitted it and the member asked if I make one slight adjustment.  Well now the reference is stuck in my pending references.  If i try to click the edit button I get a "page not found" error.  

I submitted a support ticket a couple weeks ago and the only response I got was asking me...

"if the issue has been resolved?  and if not then reply to this email to open the ticket"

I reply to the email and then a week later I get another email saying the same thing.  Any chance we could just delete the reference and I'll do it again?  If I try to do the reference again right now it says I can't because i've already done one.
