Idea: Create a Real Estate Job Board

I think it would great if the good folks at BP were to implement a dedicated Real Estate Job Board (jobs.biggerpockets.com perhaps?). You have a captivated audience of real estate professionals that may either want to move to another position or get a gig in an industry they're passionate about.

I'd suggest charging a flat-fee per job post ($25-99) and then syndicate the feed to indeed.com, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc - which would in-turn also drive additional traffic to the site, potentially converting job seekers into BP users / customers.

More traffic. More users. More revenue. Seems like a win-win.
