I am seeing a weird output on my flip analysis using the BP Home Flipping Calculator. It shows that I am out of pocket over $2M when the property was only bought for $295k.

Hey @Account Closed- I'll need to dig in a little deeper to see what's really going on - but usually in those cases it's because something entered that should be a percentage was entered as a $. Let me know if that solves it and, if not, I'll dig in deeper. I just got home from the hospital with my new baby girl - so I might be a day or so :)
