For those fo you who are PRO members, has it been pretty useful for you?

I have a specialty home / investment home/ flip opportunity that I think wouldbe great for a bigger pockets member, but I want to hear that investors are actually looking on the site for purchasing, not just networking.  What are your thoughts?

I'm been on bigger pockets a while and the networking has been good. I"ve just never looked myself to purchase through here.   TELL me what you think!
