Apparent Web Site Changes?

I've noticed that some changes are being made to the web site. Display fonts have changed in the course of the day and other changes.

I've also noticed that some of the icons like the star on featured posts, the up and down arrows on drop downs and pop ups, etc. are showing up as empty squares. Perhaps some directory on the server has the wrong permissions or security set and is denying access.

Before anyone asks, yes - I restarted Chrome and even rebooted.
