Pro vs Plus vs Free BP Membership?

I've been a free BP member for almost 2 years. I'm working on my 6th deal. I'm still very much a newbie in this business and have found BP to be immeasurably helpful. I'd like to start paying something, at least the cost of a Plus membership, and I'd like to have access to some of the analytical tools as well. I'm not sure I really need the Pro membership. Thoughts?
