Adding a 2nd forum as an option?

I think the ability to add a second forum (as an option) when you create a post would be very helpful. Right now you end up with most posts in the top-level forums, even though the question often requires (after much digging into the details) unique local knowledge to answer it. Then you also have the reverse situation... sometimes you have generic questions posted in the local forums (perhaps never to be found).

This would fix both of those issues and might also identify right away what really is a jurisdictional issue.

Just a thought.
