Hey guys! I'll chime in with a few answers to these questions:
1) The annual price of the Pro Membership is $390, not $340. So it will be 20% off the $390 price.
2) Yes, this is only available to Pro Annual members - we want to tie long-term value to our memberships, so many of the features will be for the annual package.
3) We are working fast and furious to get the remaining states launched. We figured that we had about 90% of the US population covered with the current states, so we decided to roll out, but @Craig Curelop is doing a great job at finding more lawyers, and of course the team here is all working together to make sure that quality is maintained for each new state. Craig and Mindy have really been a big part of helping bring the forms into existence and coordinating the project.
@Brandon Turner of course was a huge help in actually helping us model the leases.
I want to give a special shoutout to @Lauren Hogan and @Mindy Jensen for their contributions to this project - we could not have done it without them!
A BIG focus for this year is to work hard to add more value to our Pro Memberships. While we of course believe they already are a big help to our members, we want to keep adding perks and benefits relentlessly. Lauren, who I mentioned above is really the workhorse driving that effort for the Pro Memberships, big, big thank you to her! She was huge in coordinating the transition of these forms to a Pro Membership Benefit.
Would the community also like it if I gave a monthly update about all the projects we are working on to improve various parts of the site, memberships, books, etc?

Thanks @Mindy Jensen this is great news. I am loving the benefits of the pro membership. My wife and I have already utilized the MD forms and now looking for multi-units in DC so this came at the perfect time.

@Ryan Mahoney , The "Coming Soon" states are coming soon because we have not yet found a good real estate attorney in those areas. As soon as we find one, we'll have the documents ready.

I have a question about the format that the forms are available in. I can only find reference to them being PDF documents, are they also available in some editable format (such as MS Word documents)?

@Ty Gast , the docs are sent as a PDF on purpose, so no changes can be made. It's a fillable PDF, though. If you want the word docs, we can provide those too but need to make sure you understand that any material changes should be done only under supervision of an attorney, and that adding clauses does not make them legal or enforceable. Email our customer service team at [email protected] for the editable documents.

This is great news! I wish I had these a month ago when I turned over a unit (I should have bought them then!). Great resource to have access to for the next turnover.
