We've been working on a number of fixes and improvements to the site over the past days.
Improvements:
- Status messages have been improved and are now threaded. You can create a status message and your colleagues can now view and reply to them individually. Think of it as BP's version of a tweet or facebook wall post. You can't "tag" people at the moment, but it is another way to connect and communicate through the site.

This can also be seen if you are my colleague by checking your dashboard activity feed.
These conversations will be seen in your dashboard feed and on the status' thread.
The Fixes:
- These include moves to speed up the forums and the rest of the site and also a few minor tweaks to existing tools. Our goal over the next weeks is to get this site sped up. It has proven to be a real challenge, but we are definitely making real progress. More to come!
- There was a bug that caused some problems for some people viewing our articles directory, which has since been corrected.
- We added some new forum moderator improvements.
