Just an FYI. I waited to book my room at the resort and they are not longer offering the conference rate during the conference.😳

Is anyone interested in splitting a room at the BP conference host hotel next week? I'm attending alone and would like to cut costs in any area. Hotel hacking indeed ;))

I am excited to be attending the conference. I will be coming in from south Florida Sunday evening.
I just started my real estate journey this year but have been adding steadily to my portfolio. I am currently investing buy and hold in Memphis but open to other areas. I would enjoy chatting with anyone ahead of me on the journey. I am willing to share my learnings as well with those close behind. Message me and let’s set a time to chat.

I look forward to talking with any private money lenders. If you are a wholesalers in Memphis area reach out.
FYI: I just got back from a conference at the Gaylord in September for my “day job” and the hotel is beautiful. If your family can get time away they will love just exploring the property while you are learning and networking.

Hey everyone,
If you didn't register in time to make it to the welcome party on Sunday evening, I am getting a group together to meet/network and essentially have our own separate "welcome party". We have about 10 people interested so far.
If you would like to join, please send me your email and I will add you to the list. I'll send out a group email Sunday afternoon. We can meet at the hotel lobby and head out from there. I'll get some options together as far as venues go. If anyone is familiar with the city, recommendations are welcome.

@Brian Orr was thinking about, but it is only a 3 hour drive from Memphis for me. It may be a tight squeeze for you, but if you are taking Uber, they can drop you off close, whereas I will be parking a mile away. Bills D is good--but Titans coming off a big win on the road.
