Announcing the BiggerPockets Conference 2019!!!
It's been 7 years since we had our last event.
This Conference WILL sell out!
While our final agenda is still coming together, when it's finalized you'll be the first to know. You can expect keynotes, breakout sessions, author panels, and happy hour receptions from 8 am - 4 pm on Monday, October 7th and Tuesday, October 8th.
Breakout sessions on the topics of BRRRR, house hacking, buy & hold, sourcing & funding, deal analysis, and more!
@Brian Orr was thinking about, but it is only a 3 hour drive from Memphis for me. It may be a tight squeeze for you, but if you are taking Uber, they can drop you off close, whereas I will be parking a mile away. Bills D is good--but Titans coming off a big win on the road.
The game was originally slated for 7:00. Looks like they moved it to the 1:00 so yeah I likely won't make it. I guess I'll head to Opryland and find a sports bar instead.
@Mindy Jensen I registered a couple of weeks ago, but it said that the Sunday networking event was sold out. How do I join the waitlist?
Also, do you guys have a networking app for this conference? The last big conference/expo I attended was hosted by Tarl here in the PNW, and he used an app called Whova that was great for networking during the event.
@Khizar Hanif Please add me to your list as well. It might be helpful to create a BP Event for this welcome party, and we can move the conversation there.

Good question. I just woke up this morning and realized I haven't seen a hashtag or app assigned to the conference yet.

I've been wondering about an app for a while now.
Someone told me about YAPP and this event is on there, it's not as complete as WHOVA but it works and it's still pretty good.
If anybody is looking for some cool local spots or advice outside of the conference, or just looking for local knowledge of Nashville while you are here, please send me a DM. I would love to connect and share my insight!
You would have to be a conference junkie to justify that price. I don't even see an option to search for the BP conference.
I would think BP could create a Workplace on the BP facebook page or open a Slack page or create a Twitter # or something. Lots of free options available.

App for the conference is on Yapp. They sent an email about it awhile back. Hashtag is #bpcon2019
Any appraisers going to the BP conference? I'm looking to connect with a few. This is an area I know very little about and would love an opportunity to connect.
Like a lot of you i would like to meet up Sunday evening. Unfortunately, I won’t get to hotel until around 5:45 but for those interested you will not have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to it is like a little city inside.
There is a nice sports bar in the back left that had good food and plenty of space to visit. I’ll head that way around 5:45 and hope to run into some folks.
My name is Eyal. I'm very excited to attend my first Bigger Pockets conference; I will be happy to meet BP members focusing on Mobile home parks & wholesaling.
I work in the Jacksonville Florida market, where I flip and wholesale SFR's.
Very excited to attend the BP Conference and get to hear from all of these great speakers! If anyone is interested in getting together and discussing investments in Dayton, OH or Middle Tennessee / Nashville, feel free to send me a DM. I'd love to meet up and chat.
Also happy to provide any local recommendations for folks looking for stuff to do while they are in town.
My wife and I just landed. When I signed up, the happy hour was already sold out. Does anyone want to pick a spot for those that didn't get happy hour tickets? We'd love to meetup for drinks / dinner! Feel free to shoot me a message since I can't post my cell on here?
We are currently specialize in Short Term Rentals (Airbnb) in Colorado Springs, CO (80903, 80904, 80909) but are looking to learn other methods and develop a plan to continue investing from this conference.
