New BiggerPockets Newsletter Design - Thoughts?

Hey All - 
As anyone who opens the 2x/week BiggerPockets Newsletter may have noticed, we made a major design change to today's edition ( Check it out Here )

I'd love to get your feedback . . . let us know what you think, and of course, if you've got ideas/suggestions for features you'd love to see in the newsletter, do let us know.

Very cool, Josh.  One thing I miss from the old format is the small pic of the author.  As I scan the newsletter, there are certain people whose articles I don't want to miss.  It's easier to recognize them visually rather than reading the names.  This might be a challenge to implement though, because those large pics, couples with author pics might look crowded.  You're a creative guy, you can figure it out, right?

LOL that's funny Karen Rittenhouse, I kinda like a little red... it livens it up - but I can see where too much might bother your eyes. Maybe Joshua can leave just a touch :) Either way, Joshua Dorkin you're doing a great job. I'm meeting so many great people through BP, with experience in things I'm not as familiar with, every day I'm just amazed! THANKS!

Joshua: Love how you continue to improve. Don't know how you find the time!

I'm not a big fan of all the red lettering. Maybe either underlined or red but not both? A bit hard to read for me.

But I love all the photos and information in one spot. Thanks for the updates!

I sent you guys a message earlier that I thought today's newsletter looked very clean.  I liked the new layout a lot and thoughts the addition of the pictures was an excellent idea.  Hopefully everyone else thought the same.
