Are there buyer agents for mobile home investing?

I am looking to begin investing in MHPs. I am trying to build a team, and was wondering whether there are "buyer agents" or how most go about finding deals? Any input on how to get started would be appreciated.  Thank you

@Adam R. This would depend on your local area to see if there are any agents who specialize in the mobile home niche. Usually, deals can be found through other brokers and by networking with local mobile home parks and dealerships. Hope that helps!
