Mobile Home Inspection Prior to Purchase

Hello, Everyone.  

I am focusing my real estate investment efforts on purchasing, rehabbing and selling mobile homes in the Charleston, SC area and would like to know if there is a standardized checklist for inspecting a used mobile home prior to negotiating a purchase.  Any feedback is appreciated.

My apologies. Sorry for my absence. I have gone through 6 new laptops (yes 6!) in 2 months. Crashing, hanging up, replacing, tech support, crashing, etc.

Finally I have one that I think will work. Moving to rocks, sticks and cans, if not.

So here is a checklist. Not a standardized checklist per se but...  Here is a plan of what to look for when looking at a mobile home. Not the be all, end all, but works very well.
