Mobile home insurance suggestions

So i am closing on a small park soon and I am wondering who you guys like for mobile home park insurance?

My park is in the western US and is 25 spots total. 16 of them are park owned.

Any ideas on how much it will cost per Mo/year?

Thanks in advance.

You need to call Mobile Insurance, ask for Patsy who is their senior commercial specialist.  They offer extremely competitive coverage in most states across the country.  They're based out of Texas, give them a Google.  There are so many variations nationwide I don't know if I can state a price that would be close to accurate.

Good luck!

I would also check with your state association for suggestions. King Insurance is very active in the non coastal western states and in Arizona, Edith Lasson out of Flagstaff is very well thought of. Many of the larger national operators use Pat Ford of Stanford and Associates out of Hinsdale, Illinois as do I. The important thing is to get a really knowledgeable and diligent agent who has lots of experience and history of insuring the park and its operations.
