Is it worth having a laundry facility on site?

Hello all,

I was wondering if most MHP owners believe that having a laundry facility on site is profitable or not?

Also, if you do believe in having a laundry center, do you have a service such as Coinmach take care of the maintenance/billing or do you buy/service the machines yourself. Any help would be much appreciated.
