Paperwork for park owners
Hey fellas. I just closed on a mobile home park and have some questions about administration.
What paperwork do you generally make your lot renters sign? Also does anyone know where I can get boilerplate paperwork (including lease agreements, release of liability, park rules, etc) that's specific to mobile home parks? My park is located in Arizona by the way. Thanks!
