I am intrigued by the mobile home park modle and I am starting to research more about them and I started looking for a park in the Colorado front range to see if there are any deals.

question:

I get the idea of evicting a bad tenant when you own an apartment but how do you remove a mobile home owner who is causing problems or not paying the lot rent?

I recently watched one of their videos on parks in general and it was a VERY informative basic introduction to why parks should be bought, why they aren't being built, and some of the difficulties when working with the city.

@Zach Kiser Just like @Patti Robertson stated. Be sure to read the laws in your area regarding this issue and the paperwork required. The judge will probably want to see a copy of your written lease at the hearing. If you succeed, then the mobile home owner will have to remove the home from the park or risk losing it. Good luck!
