I'm looking for some examples of rules that mobile home park owners have. Any help wound be much appreciated.

go to Google and search the Mobile Home Park Association for that state. Then call or email them and ask them for the Rules and Regulations. While you’re at it you can ask them for up to date state specific rental agreements for MHPs. Hope that helps!
