Mobile Home Park Doesnt Have Titles for Park Owned Homes

Hey Bp, The mobile home park that I have contracted has titles to only 11 of the 29 park owned homes. Those 11 are also in the name of the previous owner. The other 18 homes do not have titles due to their age apparently. It is located in the state of Florida. How would you experienced mobile home park owners proceed here? Thanks! Kellen
