Septic tanks and wells vs. Public water sewer
Do you stay away from private water sewer at all costs? If so, why?

I have had some experience with sceptic tank and well water.
It is cheaper than to be on city utilities but it is important to maintain the sceptic system on a yearly basis.
The well water had to be tested for coliform bacteria. We had to purchase a UV light to eliminate the bacteria issue.
