We have been successful with small mobilehome park in Florida and we are spending the weekend in Tucson with family in Air Force. So we saw it as an opportunity to look at properties and noticed quite a few small to medium sized Mobilehome Parks. Any insight into these or other info on rental market for investors in Tucson?
