Analyzing a mobile home park deal

I'd love a resource to help analyze a mobile home park deal.  I can crunch the numbers for multi family all day long but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by MHP.  It is probably just my insecurity but I'd love the opportunity to email/message someone about a deal I'm looking at and possibly get some guidance.  MHP in Florida.
