Buying in another city
In the Real Estate Marketplace I have seen some pretty good deals, or at least they appear to be.
How does one evaluate whether the deal (and numbers) are accurate if unable to travel to the property?
Is there anything to be aware of if financing out of state?
Any general information that could provide would be appreciated.
