Where might a find a good "how to" on marketing my (mostly) multi family real estate portfolio to foreign investors? Any first hand knowledge you have even more graciously appreciated!

@Kenneth LaVoie another good way is to connect with wealth managers who work with international investors. One relationship with them could open up doors to many international investors.
Another, and this is a bit more difficult, is to get published. I was quoted in a Yahoo! Finance article and the next day I had a call set up with a group of Chinese investors who read the article.
