Looking at a home on this week, sounds like a light renovation, floors, paint, some master bath updating. Going to be competing against IBuyers. Any words of advice/suggestions in approach/evaluating the deal????

I feel like I’ve read they are known to over pay for homes?

Has anyone gone up against any? If so care to share some pointers?
