My recommendation is to research markets to determine which markets fit your buy box.

People can throw out 1,000 different markets that fit that criteria but it doesn’t mean it’s the right market for you. Key to real estate is doing the due diligence to find assets that fit your criteria

What I say is a great investment may not be viewed the same as someone else
