I was looking to add one of these services and was hoping someone could provide good and bad feedback on them.

As Realtors start with RPR (Realtors Property Resource) first. It's part of your NAR membership and free!! You can pull most of the same lists as Propstream. I wish I had known that before subscribing to Propstream but at less than $100/month I'm going to keep Propstream as well for now. (do some A/B testing). I'm very happy with RPR. And like Propstream, I just need to run it through a skip tracer and It's GO time. Check it out. Let me know what you think
