How long to wait to evict?

Tenant just moved in and is 2 weeks late due to "moving expenses"

If late again , how long to wait next month till start evicting?

is there a 3 day notice required first ?thanks!

Right away , let them know you arent playing games "moving expenses" this time , next month "my car broke down ", the month after that " they cut my hours" .There are hundreds of excuses .

If he just moved in , you should have gotten first month and security deposit at minimum
