How are you finding multi-family properties
Hello Bigger Pockets Family...
How are you finding off-market, multi-family deals? How useful have you found wholesalers to be? How are you weeding out the properties with potential from those properties with limited upside? I have multiple clients who want to invest in eastern North Carolina, specifically duplexes through quadplexes. Some of these investors beginners and others have a crew that is ready and able to tackle harder projects. Huge thanks in advance for anyone who comments.
