Out Of State Contractor
Hello Everyone, My name is Emma Santana and I'm a licensed agent/investor in IL. I'm looking to expand to Indiana market for rentals. Any out of state investors with property in the market, how was your experience working with contractors remotely? Did you guys have any systems/process in place? How did the estimates work with no physical walk through? Also any recommendations on any good contractors?
