Selling Turnkey Investment Property

Hey there! I have finished rehab and have a tenant in place for my first investment property. I'm looking for potential buyers and having a hard time trying to figure out how to find investors. I've seen Roofstock but I see that it would cost me about $4K and it would take 10-15 business days to verify my property before posting it-- then another 30-45 days to get it under contract and close.

Does anyone have suggestions? This is my first one and just looking to learn and figure this out. Really appreciate anyone's advice.
